Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items of equal or lesser value.
If the new item is of greater value, the price difference will need to be paid.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Warranty
All of our pieces include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This means we’ll happily replace your item if any defects occur related to the material or craftsmanship of your jewelry.
