Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
