U.S. Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $2.99 or free on orders over $50
U.S. Expedited Shipping (2 business days): $13.99
International Shipping (7–21 business days): Calculated at checkout
📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
If your package is lost in transit (no delivery made and no tracking updates for more than 7 days), please contact us immediately — we’ll help resolve the issue and provide a free reshipment if eligible.
If your order is marked as delivered by USPS or UPS but you haven’t received it, please note that this issue lies solely with the carrier. We have no control over carrier delivery practices, but we do work with insurance partners who can help you recover your funds. Please email us so we can guide you through that process.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. If it's returned back to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, you are eligible to a gift card equal to the value of your order minus the shipping fee paid.
